Compensation

  • Short-term incentive plan with annual payout based on the achievement of annual corporate goals
  • Long-term incentive plan with three-year payout based on future corporate goals
  • Referral bonus for successfully referring new employees to CFC
  • Spot awards of cash or non-cash awards to acknowledge employee contributions toward corporate or departmental strategic goals or target measures
