Please note that our location does not currently register in most GPS systems. However, our address is available in both Google Maps and Mapquest.

Directions from 495 Beltway

  1. From 495 take 267 West Dulles Toll Road — Exit 45 if you are coming from the Richmond or Exit 45A if you are coming from Baltimore.
  2. Proceed West on 267 to Route 28 North (Exit 9B).
  3. Proceed North on Route 28 for about 5 miles, take ramp to Route 7 East.
  4. Stay in right lane — do not merge onto Route 7. You will be on the ramp for Route 1582 toward Dulles Town Center.
  5. Once on 1582 South, take your first right. This is the first intersection (no stoplight) and is unmarked with the exception of a sign that says Century Boulevard. On your left at this intersection is the Marriot Courtyard Hotel at Majestic Drive. This will turn into Cooperative Way and our building is at the end of this road. You may park in any non-restricted parking space.

From Route 7 Driving West from Tysons Corner Toward Leesburg

  1. Follow Route 7 past the intersection with Route 7100 (Fairfax County Parkway). Continue approximately 3.5 miles on Route 7 West.
  2. Stay in your right lane after the first entrance to Dulles Town Center Mall — immediately after Countryside Blvd. and Sunrise Senior Living on your right.
  3. Take the (right side) exit for Route 1582 Dulles Town Center/Algonkian Parkway. Keep to the left as the exit splits heading toward Dulles Town Center.
  4. Turn left at the stoplight on Algonkian Parkway. This road will turn into Atlantic Boulevard (Route 1582).
  5. Once on 1582 South, take your first right. This is the first intersection (no stoplight) and is unmarked with the exception of a sign that says Century Boulevard. On your left at this intersection is the Marriot Courtyard Hotel at Majestic Drive. This will turn into Cooperative Way and our building is at the end of this road. You may park in any non-restricted parking space.

From Dulles Airport

  1. From Dulles Airport Access Road proceed east to Route 28 North.
  2. Proceed North on Route 28 for about 5 miles, take ramp to Route 7 East.
  3. Stay in right lane – do not merge onto Route 7. You will be on the ramp for 1582 South toward Dulles Town Center.
  4. Once on 1582 South, take your first right. This is the first intersection (no stoplight) and is unmarked with the exception of a sign that says Century Boulevard. On your left at this intersection is the Marriot Courtyard Hotel at Majestic Drive). This will turn into Cooperative Way and our building is at the end of this road. You may park in any non-restricted parking space.

Directions for Cab Drivers

  1. When giving CFC's address to a cab driver, use the Marriott Courtyard Hotel location at 45550 Majestic Drive in Dulles, Virginia.
  2. However, instead of making a turn onto Majestic Drive to the Marriott, turn onto Century Boulevard and follow this road down to our building.
