CFC to Host Conference Call on Fiscal Year 2013 Third-Quarter Financial Results

DULLES, Va.—The National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC) (NYSE: NRU, NRC) will hold an investor conference call and webcast on Monday, April 15, at 2 p.m. Eastern Time.

CEO Sheldon C. Petersen will provide an overview of CFC’s business strategies, and Senior Vice President and Treasurer Andrew Don will review CFC’s fiscal year 2013 third-quarter financial results. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.

There are two ways to access the event:

Visit CFC’s website at www.nrucfc.coop; select the Investor Relations tab, click on Events & Presentations and then click on FY2013 Third-Quarter Investor Call Webcast. Follow the log-in instructions to join the webcast. (Pre-registration also is available for the event.)

CFC’s Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended Feb. 28, 2013, is scheduled to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 12.
