Districts 1 and 4: Newcomer, Incumbent Elected to CFC Board

At the September 4 Districts 1 and 4 meeting in Providence, Rhode Island, delegates elected newcomer Ruston Ogburn to represent District 1 and reelected Bruce Everhart to represent District 4. Both will serve three-year terms on the board. Ogburn serves as general manager for Somerset Rural Electric Cooperative in Pennsylvania and will be filling Mark Suggs’ seat following CFC’s annual meeting in June 2026. Everhart serves as a director for RushShelby Energy in Indiana.
