CFC Launches Updated Member, Loan Dashboards

CFC members now have a refreshed experience on several CFC Member Website interfaces, including the Member Profile, Loan History and Interest Rates pages. These updates are intended to introduce a more modern, user-friendly design with expanded visibility into member and loan information.

The Member Profile dashboard allows users to take advantage of filtering options along with print and export capabilities to better support analysis and recordkeeping. The new Member Profile interface replaces the legacy Owner Activity Profile and Annual Benefits of Ownership Statement pages.

The new CFC Loan History dashboard lets members view historical data regarding principal events, loan payments and rate changes for their loans.

Interest Rates are now on a responsive landing page where members can find rates for lending, investments and numerous market benchmarks. In addition, CFC’s rates for lending and investments will now also be available on their respective product pages.
