Cooperative CEOs Attend Inaugural CFC Leadership Development Trainings

In early August, CFC hosted CEOs with one to three years of experience for a new CEO Development Program in partnership with GreatCo-Ops at its headquarters in Dulles, Virginia. New cooperative CEOs from across the U.S. attended this unique training opportunity designed to equip leaders with the skills, tools, mindset and network to be more effective cooperative executives. 

In mid-August, CFC, NRTC and Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange partnered with Harvard University to provide select seasoned electric cooperative leaders an intimate learning experience that focused on strategic leadership, change management and staying agile in the rapidly evolving world of cooperative management.
