At the October 11 District 3 meeting in Hollywood, Florida, delegates returned Keith Hayward to a second, three-year term on the board to represent District 3. Hayward is the general manager and CEO of North East Mississippi Electric Power Association in Oxford, Mississippi.
At the September 28 District 7 meeting in Portland, Oregon, delegates elected newcomer Darick Eisenbraun to a three-year term on the board. Eisenbraun is the CEO for High Plains Power, Inc., in Riverton, Wyoming.
At the September 22 District 6 meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, delegates returned Anthony Larson to a second, three-year term on the board to represent District 6. Larson serves as board vice president for Slope Electric Cooperative in New England, North Dakota.
At the September 7 Districts 1 and 4 meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana, delegates returned Mark Suggs to a second, three-year term on the board to represent District 1. Suggs serves as executive vice president and general manager of Pitt & Greene Electric Membership Corporation in Farmville, North Carolina.
Newcomer Bruce Everhart was elected to a three-year term on the CFC Board of Directors to represent District 4. He will be seated immediately to fill the vacancy left by the passing of Kevin Bender. Everhart serves as a director for RushShelby Energy in Manilla, Indiana.
During the CFC-sponsored lunch, CFC CEO Andrew Don presented a framed CFC board resolution honoring Bender to his wife Denise and son Kyle. CFC made a donation to the Prostate Cancer Foundation in his honor.
