Five New Directors, Three Incumbents Elected to CFC Board

At the October 22 Districts 8 and 10 meeting in Kansas City, Missouri, delegates elected newcomer Jimmy Taylor to a three-year term on the board to represent District 8 and reelected Kendall Montgomery to a second three-year term to represent District 10. Taylor serves as the board president for Northfork Electric Cooperative in Oklahoma and will be filling Dennis Fulk’s seat. Montgomery serves as general manager and CEO for Fort Belknap Electric Cooperative in Texas.

Delegates from all districts elected newcomer Bill Roberts to a three-year term on the board to fill the at-large financial expert director position. Since 2009, Roberts has served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Buckeye Power in Ohio and will be replacing Barbara Hampton. He is a member of the G&T Accounting and Finance Association, chair of the Finance and Treasury subcommittee and member of the Executive and Planning committees.

All new incoming directors will be seated following CFC’s annual meeting in June 2025.
