While voting is permitted either by mail or on site, due to social distancing protocols, members are strongly encouraged to vote by mail. To vote by mail, complete and sign the 2021 Official Mail Ballot that was mailed along with the official notice of meeting in late April; only original ballots will be accepted. Ballots must be received at NCSC headquarters no later than Monday, June 7, to be counted.
