Online CFC Transactions Switch to Multifactor Authentication

Effective September 9, CFC will switch from using RSA tokens for online CFC transactions to the multifactor authentication method you use when accessing your Member Website account (SMS, email or Okta Verify).

What to know:

• You have already set up multifactor authentication to access the Member Website.
• Once this change is made, you will simply be prompted by SMS/email/Okta instead of the RSA token.
• After September 9, the old RSA tokens can be discarded.
