Mark Snowden officially joined CFC on April 1 as senior vice president of strategic services, and Nathan Howard was named senior vice president and general counsel effective April 25.

Snowden is working to ensure CFC continues to provide best-in-class products and services to meet the needs of its electric utility members (see “Oklahoma Co-op CEO To Join CFC as Senior Vice President,” Solutions News Bulletin, January 1, 2022).

Howard oversees general corporate matters, legal services, litigation and corporate compliance. He joined CFC in 2014 and was appointed assistant general counsel in 2020, focusing on corporate compliance, vendor contracts, SEC filings, member loans and general corporate matters. Prior to CFC, Howard served as vice president and general counsel at an electric vehicle manufacturing start-up. He also spent more than 10 years working at law firms in New York City and Washington, D.C., on a variety of corporate matters and transactions.

“I am very excited to have these two individuals join CFC’s senior leadership team,” CFC CEO Andrew Don said. “Mark brings a wealth of industry and member experience to CFC to enhance our connectivity to the electric cooperative network. Nathan has been a key contributor in the legal department during his time at CFC and has a tireless work ethic.”
