Wyoming Co-op CEO To Join CFC as Senior Vice President

CFC recently announced that Darick Eisenbraun will join CFC’s executive team in September as a senior vice president focusing on corporate development initiatives. Eisenbraun currently serves as CEO of High Plains Power, based in Riverton, Wyoming.

“As CEO of a 100% CFC borrower and former CFO, I have had the opportunity to use the full suite of CFC’s financial products and services to improve our cooperative’s ratios and better serve our members,” Eisenbraun said. “I have only ever had great experiences working with CFC staff and am excited to join the team. I look forward to leveraging my financial knowledge and experience to support CFC and the electric cooperative network in my new role.”

In his leadership role, Eisenbraun will lead CFC’s corporate development initiatives to strengthen strategic alliances with industry affiliate organizations, lead brand ambassador efforts, identify innovative business opportunities and help position CFC for long-term success.

“Darick’s deep knowledge of the cooperative business model and utility industry, paired with his financial background and strategic insights, will help CFC continue to deliver high-impact solutions for our members,” CFC CEO Andrew Don said.

Prior to joining High Plains Power, Eisenbraun served as chief financial officer and manager of member services for Butte Electric Cooperative in South Dakota. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Black Hills State University.
