All CFC IBES events will be held at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass. Please refer to the conference app for specific locations.

On-site Registration and Hours

Registration and the general information desk will be located in the Arizona Ballroom Foyer. 

Badges should be worn to all CFC IBES functions.

Concierge Hours

Need help getting attraction recommendations, booking a local tour or securing dining reservations? Members and guests can visit the CFC-dedicated concierge desk located in the Arizona Ballroom Foyer.

Attire and Weather

The dress for IBES is business casual. Bring layers as temperatures may vary from room to room.

Make sure to take a look at Tucson’s local weather forecast. Average high temperatures are in the low to mid-70s. Evening lows may dip into the mid- to high-40s.
