CFC recently retired and distributed $59 million to members, representing half of the fiscal year (FY) 2022 patronage capital allocation, $44.3 million, as well as $14.7 million in unretired patronage capital from FY 1997.
This marks the 43rd year in a row CFC has returned capital credits. In all, CFC has returned nearly $2 billion to its member-owners since 1980. The 888 systems receiving distributions had the option of receiving an ACH payment, mailed check, wire transfer or putting the money into a CFC investment product. Members contributed $834,900 to the Integrity Fund, an 8 percent increase from the previous year.
