One Card Users Earn Record $3.1 Million Rebate Payout

The annual CFC U.S. Bank One Card rebate program has reached another milestone, with participating members earning a collective rebate of more than $3.1 million for the plan year ending August 31. A total of 501 cooperatives qualified for rebates, sharing a record rebate pool of $3,102,594.

The continued growth of the program reflects increasing member engagement and expanded use of One Card solutions across cooperative operations.

“Members continue to find new ways to leverage the One Card program throughout their organizations,” CFC One Card Administrator Gregory Crew said. “Expanded card usage, increased spending and growing adoption of our fleet solutions have helped drive another strong year for the program while delivering meaningful value back to participating cooperatives.”

Rebates Distributed in October

CFC distributed rebate payments in October, with most systems receiving funds through ACH payments. Members not enrolled in ACH received their payment by check.

To qualify for a rebate, the One Card program was required to generate an aggregate annual charge volume of at least $20 million. The portfolio once again far exceeded that threshold, recording more than $233 million in annual charge volume, an increase of approximately $5 million from the previous plan year.

The average cash-back return for participating members was 1.26%, with the largest individual rebate payout exceeding $175,000.

One Card Benefits

The CFC One Card program combines purchasing, corporate travel and fleet management into a single, streamlined solution.

Cooperative employees can manage nearly all business-related expenses with one card, simplifying expense management, reducing administrative burden and providing greater organizational control.

CFC recently finalized a contract extension with U.S. Bank that includes updates to rebate eligibility and payout terms beginning with the 2026–2027 rebate cycle. As the One Card program continues to grow, the new terms are expected to provide additional value to members while supporting the program's long-term success.
