Updates to Integrity Fund Terms and Conditions Approved

The CFC Board of Directors recently approved staff recommendations to enhance the administration of the Cooperative System Integrity Fund in the following ways:

• Increase the grant maximum to $150,000 per issue with a lifetime cap of $750,000 in aid.
• Update the fund’s Terms and Conditions language to improve operational efficiencies, realize cost savings and adhere to accounting and auditing best practices.
• Specific changes include placing all contributions in a single “All Purposes” pool in the future; sunsetting withdrawals of prior contributions; and requiring disbursement requests for approved grant funds be submitted no later than five years from the grant approval date.
