Chris Whittle is an energy industry analyst, Utility Research & Policy at CFC. Whittle is focused on educating our cooperative members by providing up-to-date analysis on wholesale power markets and cooperative basic operations.

Prior to joining CFC, Whittle worked as an analyst for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation. There, he specialized in the study of international and domestic natural gas markets and assisted FERC on several research projects, including the Weekly Natural Gas Market Assessments, the Monthly Natural Gas Market Assessments and the Winter/Summer Natural Gas Market Assessments.

Whittle has a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Science in applied economics from the University of Maryland.
