CFC will transition to a new member email system in May with an expected go live by early June. When the new system launches, CFC members will have more options to choose the CFC email content they would like to continue to receive.
Directors, CEOs/general managers and CFOs will automatically continue to receive CFC email communications. All other electric cooperative employees will have the chance to sign up to continue to receive CFC email content.
Members’ email preferences will also be reset during the transition, with members being able to pick the specific content types they would like to receive from CFC going forward.
During the transition period, some CFC members may receive webinar invitation emails from a new email address. This will take place from May 13 to May 23. All CFC member emails will transition to the new system by June 2.
Once the transition is complete, all CFC member emails will have a new domain address—except for monthly invoices. The new email domains, marketing.nrucfc.coop and transaction.nrucfc.coop, will ensure better deliverability to members’ inboxes.
If you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming email transition, please contact postmaster@nrucfc.coop.
