Changes Are Coming to the CFC General Phone Numbers 

This summer, we are making a change to the CFC switchboard that callers reach when they dial the main CFC phone numbers: 800-424-2954 or 703-467-1800. Callers to the general numbers will now be directed to an automated system that will provide options to connect with the most appropriate CFC team. 

This modification to our general phone lines will increase efficiency and options available for callers while also reducing the amount of spam and unwanted vendor calls that currently come in through the main switchboard. 

While this change is happening to the main numbers, there is no change to the Member Center number. Calling the Member Center number—which is open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–4:45 p.m. ET—will still put you directly in contact with the Member Center team.
