Pre-Conference Workshop: Avoid Executive Burnout by Leading with Noble Purpose

Cooperative leaders do all they can to serve their members by safely, reliably and affordably providing power. This type of service means that oftentimes cooperative leaders are perceived as always on and available—even at church or the local football game. The constant servant leadership can burn out leaders quickly. Former cooperative executive and current consultant Ray Beavers joins leadership expert Lisa McLeod on the stage to address executive burnout, the factors that lead to it and tools to combat this phenomenon without dropping the ball on member needs.
