As part of our ongoing business continuity activity, CFC is monitoring developments regarding the impact of the COVID-19 virus. The health and safety of our employees and uninterrupted service to our electric cooperative members remain our top priorities.
CFC implemented an emergency remote work policy, which reduced the number of employees at headquarters to a minimal level of essential staff, to maintain the well-being of all employees.
CFC’s comprehensive business continuity plan continues to be active to ensure the safety of our employees, our commitment as a leading Corporate Citizen dedicated to minimizing the impact of COVID-19, and a seamless delivery of service to America’s electric cooperatives.
CFC continues to operate with normal business hours and provide the same level of member services.
We remain committed to the success of the electric cooperative network. Together, we will navigate through these challenging times.
As we have ALWAYS done, CFC will work with members who feel circumstances may impede their ability to meet their financial covenant requirements in the coming months.
We ask members to please visit the CFC Member Website for an important message.
Cooperatives considering their own preparedness measures as communities respond to COVID-19 are encouraged to refer to the CDC’s Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers.
