CFC Form 12 Deadline Extended to June 30

CFC Form 12s for calendar year 2019 are normally due by April 30. This year, in light of the viral pandemic, the deadline has been extended to June 30.

Data from all accumulated Form 12s are used to compile the annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports. All generation and transmission (G&T) systems that choose to share Form 12 data with CFC will receive a customized KPI report. The financial and operational analysis product can help G&T cooperatives evaluate the financial health of their system and benchmark their performance with peers across 10 categories.

The CFC annual KPI report tracks the median value of more than 200 financial and operating ratios applicable to each individual G&T system. Also included is the ability to compare G&Ts based on metrics from their distribution members and a graphic interface that provides the ability to create a PowerPoint presentation based on the KPI results.
