Darick Eisenbraun Named CFC SVP of Corporate Development

Darick Eisenbraun, former CEO of Wyoming-based High Plains Power, joined CFC as senior vice president of Corporate Development on Oct. 6. 

In his new role, Eisenbraun leads CFC’s newly formed Corporate Development Group, overseeing initiatives aimed at strengthening strategic alliances with industry affiliate organizations, advancing brand ambassador efforts, identifying innovative business opportunities and positioning CFC for long-term success. 

“Darick brings a strong blend of cooperative industry expertise, financial acumen and strategic perspective that will be instrumental in advancing our corporate development efforts,” CFC CEO Andrew Don said. “We look forward to the leadership, industry insight and fresh ideas he’ll bring to CFC.” 

Prior to his position at High Plains Power, Eisenbraun served as chief financial officer and manager of member services for Butte Electric Cooperative in South Dakota. He also completed a three-year term on the CFC Board of Directors, demonstrating a deep commitment to CFC’s mission and membership.  

“It’s an honor to join CFC’s Corporate Development Group and begin this new chapter alongside the executive leadership team,” Eisenbraun said. “I look forward to leading initiatives that strengthen our industry partnerships, foster innovation and support CFC’s long-term strategic goals.”
