We look forward to hosting you in New York City at CFC Forum 2025. Hosted in partnership with NCSC and Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange, this will be the largest Forum ever! Here are the top things you should know before you arrive:

CFC Forum events will be held at the New York Hilton Midtown. Please refer to the conference mobile app for specific locations.

On-Site Registration and Hours

CFC Forum registration, the Information desk and CFC/NCSC annual meeting registration will be located on the 2nd Floor Promenade. Badges should be worn to all CFC Forum functions.

CFC Concierge and Ticket Sales

Looking for assistance with attraction recommendations, local tour bookings, Broadway show tickets or dining reservations? Members and guests can visit the CFC-dedicated concierge desk located next to registration.

Attire and Weather
The dress for the conference is business casual. Bring layers, as temperatures may vary from room to room. The local weather forecast has average high temperatures in the mid-80s and evening lows dipping into the low-70s.

As you prepare for your trip to New York, please remember that a REAL ID or other federally accepted form of identification (like a passport) is required for domestic air travel—we want to ensure your journey to the event is smooth and stress-free!
