Taggart discusses the scam alert system his team has put in place to protect members from an age-old problem while achieving positive member engagement during a moment of critical need. 

Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, PVREA is a distribution cooperative covering 2,000 square miles of service territory across three counties with more than 4,000 miles of overhead, underground and transmission line.
